We let contractors know that there is no free ride while PPM is working beside/with you and that no one takes advantage of our clients.

  1. Pre and post vacation inspections as required.
  2. Home inspections prior to leaving on holidays.
  3. Electronic reporting. 
  4. Safety / Security evaluation
  5. Key and access control and supervision.
  6. Interior and exterior pictures on each visit (as applicable).
  7. Inspections to coordinate with owner’s specific needs and insurance requirements.
  8. Coordination of contractors during emergency situations.
  9. Supervision of landscaping and other contractors during owner’s absence.
  10. Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as required. 
  11. Be on site contact for all emergency services, fire, police etc.
  12. Tender and manage maintenance contracts.
  13. Detailed monthly accounting. 
  14. Annual photos (interior and exterior) to be provided.
  15. Maintain logs of all service requests, inspections, costs, etc. for homeowners annual reporting.
  16. CPR and first aid certified.
  17. All additional site specific services agreed upon.

  • Property interior and exterior cleaning.
  • Pool and hot tub service
  • Special requests including furniture shopping, deliveries, pickups.
  • Concierge service. 
  • Special pet care service can be coordinated for walks, washing, trimming etc. 
  • Plant and Pet services during homeowner’s absence.
  • Vacation arrangements (pick up and return).
  • Assistance with special events or projects. 
  • Will accompany home inspectors and real estate agents prior to property acquisition and disposition.
  • Any other services as required.
