At Personal Property Management (PPM) we believe that each homeowner’s objectives, short and long term goals will be unique.

How many times have each of us said “I just need a few extra hours in a day” or “I can’t believe how fast time flies”. PPM is open to all discussions with respect to assessing and individualizing your specific service requirements and we will do our utmost to create a package for your personal needs.

1. Coordination of all contractors for all on/off emergency requests as approved by owner. 
2. Complete interior home inspections as predetermined by owner.
3. Home security analysis and recommendations.
4. Coordinate and supervise all general maintenance issues. 
5. Complete property management responsibility including response to all 24/7 service requests.
6. Preparation of all contracts such as housekeeping, window cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, heating and air conditioning service, home security, etc.
7. Preparation of all tender documents and project specifications with owners input and provide homeowner with recommendations.
8. Manage all maintenance contracts as required by homeowner and ensure that contractors are meeting or exceeding their contractual obligations.
9. Confirm all contractors have required insurance, WSIB, fall arrest training, certifications and licenses (TSSA, ESA, HVAC, etc.). 
10. Recommend contractors, and oversee any sub trades that complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.
11. Qualification of all direct and third party contractors, tradesman and sub trades as approved by the owner. 
12. Detailed monthly accounting provided.
13. Annual photos (interior and exterior) to be provided.
14. Move in and out inspections during purchase and sales.
15. Maintain logs of all service requests, inspections, costs, etc. for reporting to homeowner.
16. Confirmation and maintaining logs for all contractors insurance and WSIB coverage. 
17. Complimentary “Vacant Property Management Services” provided with this service program. 

Other value added/concierge services available:

• Provide transportation to the customer and stay with them for events or other client specific needs.
• Available for any special requests including furniture shopping, deliveries, pickups.
• Special pet care service can be coordinated for walks, washing, trimming etc. 
• Plant and pet services during the clients absence.
• Vacation arrangements pick up and return.
• Assistance with special events and projects. 
• Will accompany home inspectors and real estate agents prior to property acquisition and disposition.
• Any other services as required.
